Our history
Santaleza pays homage to the origins of the delicate artisan
spirit-making process, a sanctuary for those who enjoy the pure art
of craft agave spirits.
The journey is rooted in tradition, with knowledge passed down from
generation to generation. At the hands of the Jimadores, they patiently
time their harvest to select the piñas at the peak of perfection.
Then, these wise souls use their instinct to transform the impressive
agave into liquid gold, rich with gentle flavors, soft textures and
nuances of the pines of the Jaliscan Highlands.
